岗位职责 运输任务安排：根据运力规划方案及实际货量，制定每日运输计划，合理安排供应商、车辆、司机、车型、线路及发车时间，确保运输任务有序执行。 车辆及人员调度：对接运输供应商落实车辆及司机资源，根据实际货量、现场作业情况及临时需求，及时调整车辆及司机安排，确保运力与业务需求匹配。 运输过程监控：通过运输管理系统、GPS及日常沟通渠道，实时跟踪车辆到场、发车、在途及到达情况，及时掌握运输任务执行进度，确保运输计划按时完成。 运输异常处理：及时识别和处理车辆迟到、临时缺车、车辆故障、交通拥堵、运输延误等异常情况，协调供应商、Hub、Depot及相关业务团队制定并落实解决方案。 现场及跨部门协同：对接 Hub、Depot、仓库及相关业务部门，及时同步车辆安排、运输进度及异常处理情况，确保各环节信息及时、准确传递。 系统操作及数据维护：负责运输任务创建、车辆及司机信息录入、运输节点跟踪、异常登记及相关运输数据维护，确保系统信息完整、准确。 运输时效管理：跟踪并统计车辆发车、运输及到达时效，分析异常线路及运输延误原因，跟进供应商整改，持续提升运输时效及服务质量。 高峰期运力保障：根据高峰期运力保障方案，跟进车辆及司机到位情况和运输任务执行情况，及时协调临时增车及备用运力，保障高峰期运输任务稳定运行。 数据及对账支持：负责运输对账基础数据整理、异常扣款记录及相关数据核对，并完成其他日常运输调度及运营支持工作。 任职要求 语言能力：英语可作为工作语言，能够进行日常工作沟通、邮件及系统操作。 工作经验：具备运输调度、物流运营、车队管理或相关工作经验，有快递、物流、运输行业经验者优先。 沟通协调：具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与供应商、司机、Hub、及内部业务团队高效协作。 问题处理：具备较强的应变能力和问题解决能力，能够及时处理车辆迟到、缺车、故障、拥堵及运输延误等突发情况。 数据及系统能力：熟悉Excel及常用办公软件，具备一定的数据整理和分析能力；能够熟练使用运输管理系统、GPS等相关系统者优先。 工作方式：责任心强，执行力强，能够适应物流运输行业的工作节奏及高峰期工作压力。 Job Responsibilities Transport Planning: Develop daily transport plans based on capacity planning and actual shipment volumes, and coordinate suppliers, vehicles,
