工作内容： 1、负责制定并执行公司全球供应链战略，搭建端到端的供应链管理体系，涵盖计划、采购、制造、物流及交付全流程，支撑公司业务全球化快速发展； 2、领导全球供应商资源开发与管理，建立分层分级的供应商管理体系，统筹海外制造OEM布局及核心物料战略采购，持续优化供应链成本、质量与交付表现； 3、主导销售与运营计划（S&OP）流程，协同销售、研发与生产部门进行需求预测与产能规划，平衡库存水平与服务水平，提升供应链响应速度与柔韧性； 4、管理全球物流网络与仓储布局，优化进出口报关、国际运输及海外仓运作，确保产品高效、合规地交付至欧美等终端市场，同时降低物流综合成本； 5、搭建供应链数字化运营平台，推动需求预测、采购执行、库存管控及物流追踪等环节的数字化与可视化，提升端到端供应链的透明度和决策效率； 6、建设并培养高绩效的全球化供应链团队，建立完善的绩效管理体系与人才梯队，打造具备国际化视野与专业能力的供应链组织。 岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流、工商管理或理工科相关专业，具备流利的英语听说读写能力，能够直接参与国际商务谈判及跨文化沟通协作； 2、10年以上供应链管理经验，其中5年以上全球供应链负责人或副总级别管理经验，具备消费电子、智能硬件或家电行业背景，有园林工具或机器人行业经验者优先； 3、具备全球化供应链布局的实战经验，熟悉东南亚制造基地管理、欧美物流运作及国际贸易合规体系，主导过海外供应链从0到1的搭建或重大变革项目； 4、精通供应链计划、采购、制造、物流全链路运作，具备优秀的数据分析与成本管控能力，能够通过流程优化与资源整合持续提升供应链运营效率； 5、具备卓越的领导力与跨部门协同能力，能够与研发、销售、财务等高层紧密配合，推动端到端的业务协同与战略落地，同时在复杂环境下保持敏锐的风险洞察与应变能力； 6、拥有极高的职业道德标准与廉洁自律意识，具备国际化视野与战略格局，能够适应频繁海外出差并带领团队应对快速变化的全球商业环境。...
