Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in carrier-class environments. Experience with both Layer 1 physical infrastructure (DWDM, AC/DC power, OSP/ISP) and
